Location
This position may be remote or located in Birmingham, AL office. If in Birmingham, we offer a hybrid schedule 3-days in-office, 2 days remote.
Reports To
Director of Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Write compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding.
- Promote the company brand on social media and at recruiting events.
- Maintain relationships with universities and talent sources.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain recruitment records.
- Present recruitment metrics and performance reports to management.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Paylocity preferred
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Strong sourcing skills using various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in promoting employer branding
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Occasional early morning or evening phone calls to meet candidate needs.
