Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Strategy:
- Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy with tailored plans, materials, and resources for various roles and technical proficiencies.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to bridge skill and knowledge gaps.
- Training Program Development, Management, and Implementation:
- Lead the creation of engaging training materials, including workshops, webinars, videos, and reference materials.
- Ensure content is current and relevant, aligning with the latest tools and processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, resource management, delivery requirements, and communications.
- Develop Train-the-Trainer programs and facilitate sessions as needed for effective knowledge transfer.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, HR, and commercial brand and e-commerce teams) to ensure cohesive training efforts.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders to meet diverse cultural and regional training needs.
- Measurement and Evaluation:
- Develop metrics to assess training program effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
- Conduct regular evaluations and report training outcomes to senior leadership.
- Change Management:
- Support change management initiatives by communicating the benefits of new tools and processes.
- Address employee concerns and resistance, collaborating with program management and change management teams for smooth transitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience leading large-scale training programs, ideally within the context of a company-wide digital transformation in matrixed organizations, preferably in a global setting. Experience from a top-tier consulting firm is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital technology, and industry best practices, with direct experience in developing training for enterprise PIM systems.
- Self-starter with strong initiative, energy, independence, accountability, and attention to detail. Proactively identifies opportunities, navigates ambiguity, and translates strategy into action.
- Creative problem-solver with a track record of developing effective training programs and content.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling content, tailor messages by audience, and facilitate in both virtual and live environments.
- Deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to navigate and influence a complex global organizational structure, develop rapport and relationships globally, and manage multiple stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
