We are embarking on an exciting UKG launch project and are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced UKG Benefits Admin / UKG Pro Benefits SME to join our team.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UKG Benefits Admin / UKG Pro Benefits SME to lead the implementation and administration of the UKG Benefits module. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Benefits administration module in UKG and will play a critical role in ensuring a successful UKG launch project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the UKG Benefits administration module.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the UKG Benefits module with existing systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise on UKG Benefits, including best practices and optimization strategies.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to the Benefits module.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for HR staff and end-users on the UKG Benefits module.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and process guides for the Benefits administration module.
- Assist with data migration and validation activities to ensure accurate and complete benefits data.
- Support the post-implementation phase with ongoing system maintenance, updates, and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the UKG Benefits administration module.
- Proven experience in leading UKG launch projects or similar HRIS implementations.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in UKG Pro Benefits or related HRIS certifications.
- Experience with data migration and system integration.
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
