Our Healthcare client has an URGENT need for a permanent fulltime Workday Benefits and Comp Analyst for tier 2 support.
Location: Atlanta, GA - local only
Hybrid- 3 days onsite / 2 days remote required. (100% remote in NOT an option)
Job Details: Our client is in need of a well-versed Sr. Workday HR Application Analyst with a focus on Compensation and Benefits. This expert is equally as strong from a hands on perspective as well as from a business facing perspective. They will sit in the tier 2 team who works with the business closely but also the teams that action and deliver on requirements. The tier 3 team is responsible for more of the hands-on Workday expertise but this Analyst will still have responsibility for some configuration. It is important that conceptually this resource understands the functional aspects of Compensation and Benefits inside and out but has enough communication skills to partner closely with the business to gather and define requirements.
Requires:
- 3+ years of end-to-end Workday Benefits and Workday Compensation experience (Core Comp and Advanced Comp)
-Experienced in supporting Workday healthcare customers
-Gathering of requirements and the ability to liaise and partner with various levels of the business. Ability to partner closely with functional/workstream experts
-Loading EIBs
-Experienced with open enrollment and the merit process end to end
-Ability to create test plans and test for production
-Must understand Workday business objects
-Hands on configuration of business processes, ability to read and understand processes in Workday
-Strong understanding of organizational change management and user adoption methodologies
-Preferred end to end implementation exposure and experience
- Documentation of processes
