Senior Director, HR Technology (Core & Security)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The FLEX Senior Manager of HR Technology (Security) role is responsible for supporting associate experience through the evolution of technological capabilities across the mHUB eco-system to support enterprise strategies. Central to this role is the ability to serve as an internal consultant and solution provider to Security stakeholders regarding proper application of security roles and permissions. This role will leverage technical and product expertise, configuration capabilities, and research, both partnered and independent to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
Support and Enforce Governance Activities
· In partnership with HR Delivery, support the implementation and compliance of the governance framework to manage effective operations for all Security-related initiatives.
· Leverage program tools to enable planning for the deployment of Security-related initiatives, and to help inform Change Management, Communications, and Security requirements.
· In collaboration with the stakeholders, and through partner feedback, strive for continued process improvement and evolution of associate experience(s) across the eco-system.
Core Work Activities
· Understand how our business and technology needs are evolving and provide insights and recommendations as you partner with key stakeholders to identify short-term solves, bridge strategies, and long-term visions for Security.
· Gather and detail product requirements from stakeholders across the organization to inform Security roadmap items; evaluate technical complexity of requirements to appropriately prioritize work and manage expectations cross-functionally.
· Partner with Infrastructure Delivery, Enterprise Architecture & Shared Platforms, to effectively prioritize infrastructure updates, bug fixes/defects, and technical debt/refactoring in your product backlog.
· Advocate for the end user by developing a deep understanding of their needs through feedback and research.
· Collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive value and develop customer friendly features and enhancements.
· Support in guiding Global Technology partners regarding technology development, including cost estimation, budget management, scope, and delivery strategy definition, and establish milestones/schedules.
· Work with Sr. Business Analysts to guide them in writing user stories and acceptance test criteria for features and detailed functional & nonfunctional requirements for the engineering teams.
· Partner closely with solution architects and software engineers in Enterprise Architecture and Shared Platforms to determine best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
· Support efforts to plan delivery, integration & test, and post-launch support for all the elements required in product delivery and operation working with applicable teams.
· Manage project/scrum teams based upon roadmap(s). Meet regularly with the team(s) to gather work statuses, discuss obstacles, provide advice, guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback to ensure deliverables are met timely.
· Partners with HR Technology leadership to maintain the right level of demand management and capacity planning for the product as the owner of its KPIs inclusive of business and financial metrics and performance.
· Contribute to end user support artifacts/information/collateral development including feature/capability descriptions, end user business value stories, etc.
· Contribute to the design and configuration approach for solutioning of requests involving Security changes (tables, departments, job codes, organizational hierarchy, roles, permissions, notifications, etc.), ensuring the right teams are involved and always considering upstream and downstream impacts to data integrity and operational efficiency.
· Partner with key stakeholders in the continents, disciplines, HR Delivery, and COEs to understand business needs and facilitate functional and technical solution development, always considering upstream and downstream impacts to data integrity and operational efficiency with keen focus on security access, reporting and analytics.
· Working closely with HR Delivery, Global Technology, and COEs, identify creative solutions to business requirements for system integrations, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives, and provide recommendations to HR leadership.
· Partner closely with external vendors to ensure vendor teams are developing solutions and enhancements that meet our client's needs, timeline, and operating environment.
· Partner with COEs and business leaders to influence HCM product direction and contribute to the roadmap related to Talent Management and global functionality.
· Represents our client well to the external community and participates in technical user groups to help shape the product and services to best support our client's current and future needs.
· Partners with customers to develop and execute business vision and strategic plan.
· Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to identify, recommend, and implement improvements to systems and processes. Ensures compliance with existing processes and standards as well as data integrity and internal audit standards.
· Provide input on our client's longer-term strategic HR technology roadmap, identifying and assisting with opportunities to drive efficiencies and automate processes with quantifiable impact.
· Collaborate with COEs and BPOs to help shape and deliver communications, change management, training strategy, and the execution of fresh solutions or platform releases.
· Collaborate with internal and external audit teams with compliance requirements.

regulations (GDPR)

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Prior configuration & deployment experience with SaaS solutions specific to Security.
· 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, or related major; 7+ years’ experience in executing large-scale projects
· Experience working in complex and diversified eco-systems with multiple solution providers and products.
· Experience working in a consultative role, that requires coordination across a diverse set of stakeholders.
· Experience planning deployment efforts to large stakeholder groups
· Experience developing and delivering executive level content
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Smartsheet, and Excel
· Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships.
· Ability to support and enforce program governance.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $65.00 per hour
