Responsibilities:
Responsible for optimization and ongoing enhancement of HRIS systems and projects, aligning with Human Resources objectives and organizational goals. Develop standards of quality, availability, responsibilities and service standards for HRIS systems and projects, monitoring and evaluating to ensure compliance. Routinely reviews processes for continuous improvement opportunities, including collaborating with business partners to identify and recommend processes to maximize system usage, focusing on simplification and standardization. Responsible for ensuring HRIS technology supports business needs through ease of use, innovation, and business process transformation. Develops and maintains audit strategy, focusing on risk, security, and compliance, to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity of HRIS data. Implement structured audit and review processes. Provides ongoing support for the HRIS function and stays current on best practices as well as maintaining in-depth knowledge of HCM systems functionality, processes, project deliverables, timelines, critical requirements, and risk mitigation. Incumbent is a critical thinker, self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides expertise and oversight for optimization and ongoing execution of HCM platform in alignment with HR objectives and organizational goals. Understands strategic, tactical, operational and contingency planning strategies.
- Effectively partners and provides ongoing support to internal and external customers. Establishes internal and external relationships driving analytics, optimization and optimal processes/product solutions. Drives close relationship with key stakeholders to create consistent collaboration between teams. Works with cross-functional stakeholders to identify priorities and makes recommendations to optimize solutions improving service, accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Proactively identifies opportunities and manages projects in a matrixed environment, drives for results.
- Leads continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives. Audits to ensure continual results, determining any further action needed. Stays current with industry HR best practices. Serves as a strategic partner to craft, test, and implement strategies tackling chronic challenges as well as changing business needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5 years in HRIS or HR.
- One year of process improvement and managing projects.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Lean Certification Lean Six Sigma DMAIC certification or must obtain within two years from job entry date.
Desired:
- Workday HCM experience.
- Master's Degree
- Agile certification; HRCI, IHRIM, or SHRM certification.
