As an Adecco Delivery Recruiter, you’ll positively impact lives by matching exceptional job candidates with our clients’ career opportunities. In this role, you deliver results by filling a high volume of light industrial, office, call center, and other positions. Whether sourcing talent, screening resumes, conducting interviews, or presenting job offers, you’ll make possibilities happen.
What you’ll be doing
- Sources, identifies, screens and schedules top-quality candidates for open opportunities
- Conduct phone or in person screening to identify candidates who best match the needed skillset to fulfil client needs
- Maintains Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure candidate profiles are updated appropriately, timely and accurately
- Assists candidates with the completion of onboarding requirements including Adecco onboarding and client specific paperwork
Serves as a single point of contact for candidate inquiries during the recruiting and onboarding process – addressing all inquiries and escalating, as appropriate

Building relationships with both external clients and internal recruitment delivery teams is essential to the success of this role. The anticipated salary range for this position is $38,071 and $63,451.Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
