Under the direction of the Chief Legal Officer, Head of People Services, the
Employee Relations Partner is responsible for overseeing employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and training & development.

Performance Responsibilities - Employee Communication and Counseling:
- Act as a bridge between employees and management.
- Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and available resources.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
- Conflict Resolution and Mediation:
- Investigate workplace disputes, harassment claims, and policy violations.
- Facilitate resolution through mediation and negotiation.
- Promote a fair and respectful workplace culture.
- Policy Development and Implementation:
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to create and update policies.
- Ensure consistent policy application across the organization.
- Communicate policy changes to employees.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in performance evaluations, feedback, and improvement plans.
- Address performance-related issues promptly.
- Support managers in handling disciplinary actions.
- Compliance, Benefits and Leave Administration:
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
- Manage the FMLA, ADA, and accommodation requests processed by the HRBP(s) for assigned regions.
- Training and Development:
- Organize training sessions on topics like diversity, inclusion, and conflict resolution.
- Promote professional growth and skill development.
- Foster a learning culture within the organization.
- Employee Investigations:
- Investigate complaints related to discrimination, harassment, or misconduct.
- Maintain confidentiality during investigations.
- Document findings and recommend appropriate actions.
- Any and all other tasks or projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 7-10 years advanced experience in Employee Relations is required.
- PHR and/or SHRM certification and HRIS system experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
- This position is subject to a background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities.
