Masco has an exciting opportunity for a
Senior Talent Acquisition Enterprise Partner
that provides enterprise sourcing and operational support across the enterprise. This highly visible role reports to Masco’s Enterprise Talent Acquisition Leader and can be remote with occasional travel. In addition, this role is important to crafting diverse
talent pools within our CRM to support building for the enterprise. As part of the Enterprise Talent COE you will help lead TA partners and be involved in operational projects that enables driving the enterprise forward on TA priorities.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Talent Pooling:
- Builds pipelines of proactively sourced talent, establishing relationships to turn prospects into future candidates.
- Collaborates with our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion COE team to build and embed an inclusive partner event and career fair strategy.
- Improves employer brands through social media content, campaigns, etc. (e.g. LinkedIn, CRM campaigns, Enterprise DEI partners, etc.)
- Seeks out industry and market specific talent acquisition activities or trends, proactively updates the business and provides recommendations on proposed actions. Stays abreast of external industry trends.
- Leverages available tools and technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday and Phenom. Proposes new sourcing solutions when needed.
- If needs emerge support full lifecycle recruiting for Masco's senior leader roles by crafting effective talent acquisition strategies, identifying emerging market trends and applying data to help inform those strategies.
Operational Talent Acquisition:
- Supports Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives; engages in self‐directed work, build, and runs project timelines.
- Provides insight and expertise into operational processes within Talent Acquisition to ensure there is a detailed flow, strong focus on manager and candidate experience, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Partners with Masco’s Talent Management and business unit's HR teams to understand succession gaps and identify internal and external candidates for current and future senior level opportunities.
What we are looking for:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition; experience working in other Talent and DEI functions are a plus.
- Search experience and shown success finding, engaging, and closing talent through excellent relationship, communication, and strong eye for business. Maintaining confidentiality is required.
- Experience recruiting and sourcing across a diverse set of positions including general manager, marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, technology/engineering and corporate functions.
- Knowledge and skills of diversity recruitment practices and event/career fair management with an understanding of how the work affects other areas.
- Organized, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as working with cross-functional teams to get results.
- Project management experience using PowerPoint, Excel, and comfortable analyzing and effectively communicating data/metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience working with leading TA systems (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter) and 3rd party vendor agencies.
