REQUIREMENTS:
Year(s) of Experience:
· 5-7 years of experience within Human Resources
NICE TO HAVE:
Skilled at facilitating engaging, meaningful workshops, trainings, and seminars
o Expert in matters of employment law and HR best practices
o Familiar with performance management tools and progressive discipline measures
o Heavy Employee Relations experience
o Understanding of policies and procedures
Job Summary:
This role will provide strategic partnership to business leaders in the areas of People, Culture, and Sustainability in line with Values. The HR Business Partner role enables the business through coaching, talent management, change management, DEI and belonging, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Partner with business leaders and employees on HR processes including performance objectives, development objectives, annual appraisals, merit and bonus planning, and HearMe engagement surveys
- Coach business leaders and employees on matters of policy, performance, compliance and risk mitigation, and conduct related to values and leadership principles
- Drive continuous improvement through effective change management and system optimization, consulting with business leaders and employees to minimize disruption and maximize sustainable results
- Collaborate with business leaders and Talent COE to develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain a diverse group of employees that share vision and are committed to its success
- Partner with recruiting team and hiring managers to interview, assess, and make offers
- Investigate employee relations matters in partnership with legal team to resolve in a timely, confidential, and compliant manner
- Lead employee recognition and engagement by leveraging tools such as Amplify in partnership with Engagement Committee and Total Rewards teams
- Facilitate workshops and formal learning and development for employees and leaders on relevant topics on ad hoc basis, in partnership with Global L&D team
- Enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions by leveraging tools such as Sonnet reporting, focus groups, and HearMe surveys and working with leaders to synthesize and create action plans on this basis
- Participate in and lead projects for business or HR initiatives such as reorgs, Kaizens, A3PS, and implementation of new processes or systems
- Manage employee off boarding process steps (voluntary and involuntary) including exit interviews, termination conversations, severance agreements/outplacement where applicable, and communication to relevant stakeholders of employee’s departure
- Act as escalation point for employee questions related to benefits, compensation, payroll, policy and HRIS
- Create or cascade communication for internal audiences such as organizational announcements, reminders on annual processes, updates on town halls, special event fliers, displays for office TVs, etc.
