The HRIS Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the performance of the ADP system as well as HR data and analytics. This position includes collaborating with ADP provider to ensure effective support aligned with HRIS roadmap.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting and Analytics
- Maintaining databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity, and running queries.
- Recording and securely storing HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
- Evaluating and implementing tools to help maintain data integrity.
Service/Ticket Management
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships to understand client needs and efficiently resolve information requests.
- Collaborating with HR managers and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
- Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
- Working with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the system.
- Monitoring performance of ADP system including downtime.
Security Management
- Manage system configurations, security settings, and user permissions.
- Creating user accounts, managing access, and updating employee information.
- Conduct audits on permissions and user groups.
Release Management, enhancements, and sustainment
- Lead ADP system optimization initiatives in partnership with the HR team, including the implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
- Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
- Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
- Identifying opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes
- Liaising with IT vendors on system implementation & supporting User Acceptance testing
- Driving regular reviews and supporting the implementation of HR system upgrades and patches when required
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or similar.

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HRIS administrator in ADP
- Experience in system integration, data migration, and knowledge of compliance requirements related to HR systems.
- Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
- Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes.
- Experience in performing diagnostic tests and audits, as well as documenting processes.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive projects with a proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in HRM software including AD

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
