Description:
- Support configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of SuccessFactors Talent Management System.
- Implement and maintain systems enhancements and integrations of HR-related systems.
- Provide testing, report creation and analysis, and issue resolution for HR systems.
- Guide and instruct organizational partners on specific HR system knowledge.
- Research and resolve system issues, unexpected results, or process flaws.
- Perform system support and analysis, including functionality and design review and end-to-end user testing.
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff for system upgrades or fixes.
- Conduct system configurations to support cyclical processes and HR system updates.
- Liaise between HR, IT, and third-party vendors, translating business processes into system functionality requirements.
- Ensure system integration functionality, troubleshoot issues, and execute system audits for validation and compliance.

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
