HRIS Analyst
6 month contract to hire
100% Remote – Must work 8am – 5pm Eastern Time Zone
50-65/hr
Must Haves:
- 4+ years experience supporting and integrating Human Resources (payroll, asset management, workforce management, benefits, scheduling, etc) applications
- Experience pulling SQL data and building/ running reports using SQL database
- Great communication skills
- Ability to self- manage and execute on project timelines
Plus:
- UKG or Ultipro experience
- HRIP or symplyr experience
- Healthcare experience
Day to Day Experience:
An healthcare employer based in Baltimore, MD is looking to hire a HRIS Analyst for a contract to hire role. The client is in the process of moving the bulk of their HR systems to UKG (Ultipro) and The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting the current legacy systems (HRIP & symplyr) as well as helping lead efforts for migration of modules (payroll, staffing/scheduling, workforce management, asset management, benefits, labor compliance, etc) to UKG. The Analyst will also be responsible for building and running reports using SQL data, data uploads, as well as pre and post go-live support of the HR systems.
