SUMMARY
Responsible for accurate and timely administration of all benefits programs. Acts as a liaison between participants and vendors with regards to benefits issues. Provides guidance to employees regarding benefit policies and procedures. Resolves benefits escalations from employees and management; and provides guidance to members of the Human Resources department, management, and general employee population regarding benefit policies and procedures. Assists in fulfillment of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1- 3 years Human Resources, benefits administration or business related experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration of Benefits. Administers various benefit programs including, but not limited to: self-funded medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, COBRA disability, life insurance, AD&D, voluntary benefits, tuition benefits, retirement plans while maintaining an in-depth understating of all benefit programs and eligibility requirements
- Employee Resource. Serves as a benefits subject matter expert and communicates effectively with employees, all Human Resources functional areas, and leadership across RRH.
- Customer Service. Provides excellent customer service to all customers (employees, management, vendors) in answering benefit/policy questions and assisting with problem resolution. Follows through on all questions/problems until satisfactory completion is assured.
- Compliance. Monitors benefit practices from a legal perspective to ensure compliance. Monitors benefit practices from a legal perspective to ensure compliance with various laws and regulations such as ACA, COBRA, DOL, ERISA, HIPAA, IRS, Section 125, etc. Notifies management of patterns that appear to violate such laws and regulations.

PAY RANGE:
$55,500.00 - $70,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
