Your expertise will support Workday processes and complex transactions in collaboration with internal partners. You will provide technical support through various channels, perform troubleshooting, and manage escalated support cases.
Job Summary: The HRIS Analyst supports various People teams by executing support and operational activities through weekly sprints. You will enhance the hiring team experience, manage employment data and documents, and ensure data accuracy within our HRIS systems.
This is a hybrid, 3-month contract position based in Raleigh, NC with a pay rate of $90.00-$95.94 per hour.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, project coordination, or administrative roles in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Experience with Workday and other HRIS systems
- Experience with SilkRoad or similar technology
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to maintain high regulatory and compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Flexible and creative problem-solving approach
- Proven track record of process improvements and excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and high-quality work delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Skilled at managing and prioritizing escalations
- Proficiency in local language and English; additional languages preferred
Responsibilities:
- Respond to global support tickets from various offer system users
- Analyze and resolve issues or collaborate with vendors/internal teams for root cause resolution
- Perform data analysis and auditing
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and create test scripts
- Manage intake and documentation, including Functional Specifications
- Create user guides, FAQs, release notes, and other communications
- Participate in projects, enhancements, and support new employee systems
- Manage small projects and global projects with cross-functional teams
- Communicate requirements and system issues effectively
- Determine support ticket and project priorities
- Participate in weekly meetings outside typical hours
- Host system functionality demos
- Create Proof of Concept reviews
- Act as a trainer or define training materials
- Ensure document change management and version control
Education:
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $90.00-$95.94per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
