Job Description:
- We are seeking a data analyst for our HRMS transformation project.
- This role will work cross-functionally with our global teams.
- Candidates should possess a strong background in data analytics and will act as a resource for Payroll special projects within or across HR, including E2E and functional testing for the new payroll system.
- Researches, analyzes, consolidates and interprets data using statistical and data analytics methods to create information on business-relevant topics, e.g. market environment, operational process and equipment performance etc.
- Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Operates and optimizes pre-defined tools, applications and data bases/data management systems.

- Experience with ADP, Oracle Fusion, and Workday systems
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Excel), manipulating lines, moving data, constructing formulas, etc.
- At least three years of payroll processing or analytics experience required
- Creates reports and communicates results to various internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. management, customers).

- May improve processes, business methods or technical components.
- Timecard experience a plus
- Knowledge of wage and tax laws a plus
