A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their growing team in a Remote capacity. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for performing full cycle recruiting utilizing various recruitment methods for mid-level positions in traditional business functions.
Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will:
- Intermittently sources passive talent to meet hiring needs
- Guide the Hiring Managers through the recruitment process to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and industry laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Regularly provide solutions to recruiting related challenges and appropriately escalate to a Senior Peer or Team Lead
- Keep candidates continually informed with predictable communication throughout the hiring process
- Participate in recruitment events and communities to support candidate generation
- Present and negotiate competitive total compensation package
- Partner with the Hiring Leaders and HR stakeholders to identify gaps in hiring processes and recommend and implement recruitment solutions
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of intermediate experience in Staffing and/or full cycle Recruitment
- Knowledge of applicable Employment laws.
- Intermediate knowledge of effective Screening and Interview techniques.
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Sourcing tools, techniques, and technologies.
- Computer savvy
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
- Knowledge of Bank processes and services
- Knowledge of Compensation best practices as it relates to offer generation
