As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in crafting, developing and executing our client's compensation strategies. Your work will ensure competitive positioning in the market and compliance with legal standards.
Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:
- Act as a key expert on major compensation projects, recommending and implementing program and policy improvements
- Conduct comprehensive job evaluations, equity analyses and lead market studies to provide data-driven recommendations and cost-effective solutions
- Oversee annual performance reviews, merit increase processes and manage company compensation programs, including salary administration and incentive plans
- Assist in developing and managing new and revised sales compensation plans, and research, implement and oversee the organization's pay structure
- Provide training and guidance to managers on compensation guidelines and decision-making processes
Senior Compensation Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources Management or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation or a related area, showcasing strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Customer-focused with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in addressing client needs and executive requests
