Associate Relations Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead communication and collaboration across business and HR teams!
- Address and resolve team member issues effectively!
- Conduct training on DEI, laws, policies, and procedures!
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations!
- Investigate allegations of discrimination and harassment!
- Counsel management on HR policies, attendance, performance, and discipline!
- Oversee leaves of absence (ADA, FMLA, PFML, etc.)!
- Develop and monitor departmental goals and operational effectiveness!
- Ensure HR policy and procedure accuracy and confidentiality!
- Assist legal counsel with defense preparations!
- Support crisis management and new hire screening programs!
- Primarily office-based with some field investigations. Does have an option for a day of remote work!
- The ability to travel when needed is required!
Associate Relations Manager Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Associate Relations and investigations!
- Leadership experience in a hospitality environment!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)!
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills!
- Strong problem-solving and client relationship management abilities!
- MCAD Certification preferred!
