- Partner with organizational leaders, Analysts and subject matter experts to understand business processes, evaluate needs and analyze data ensuring consistency
- Identify areas of opportunity to increase operational efficiency and influence clients, across job levels and business units, towards the optimal solutions
- Provide consultative support for clients across the organization to truly understand core questions and current priorities to ensure reporting and analysis align with business objectives
- Work cross-functionally with other team members to ensure internal alignment and efficiency
- Empower stakeholders to self-serve, interpret, and apply insights through training and consultation
- Effectively articulate actionable information to help make informed business decisions.
- Translate high-level business objectives into consistent, accurate, efficient and effective reporting and analysis
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding data, systems and the business, advising on how to best use the data
- Connect and transform data from multiple systems into actionable analysis that support the business needs of the organization
- 2 + years of experience working with data insights & analytics to influence HR strategy
- You have strong critical thinking skills and ask relevant questions to improve processes, build efficiencies, and influence strategic business decisions
- You are capable of solving problems in creative, sustainable ways
- You possess the talent for strong influencing and networking skills that result in consultative relationships; supporting synergy and collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Able to communicate complex analytical concepts in a compelling way to non-technical audiences

- Experience with Cognos, Tableau, Workday, Snowflake and SuccessFactors is a plus
The hiring range for this position in Florida is $73,100-$89,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
