Job Summary:
Recruiter is a professional responsible for finding potential employees for the company by using recruiting pipelines such as social media, job boards, and traditional in-person job fairs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists in planning and implementation of overall recruiting strategy
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruitment mediums
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, application tracking system
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Assist with onboarding new employees assisting in full integration
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Serve as the administrator for the company’s social media platform.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
(Preferred Skills)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Bilingual in Spanish (written and spoken)
Education/Experience:
- Must have minimum of 1 year experience in a recruiting role
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management (Preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Able to work in an office environment, sitting for extended periods of time, and using a computer for multiple hours.
- Be able to maintain an organized workspace.
- Be able to lift 25lbs as needed.

- Work location will be our home office in Franklin, TN.
