Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for a business-focused, resourceful Recruiter to support and build partnerships with business leaders and educational institutions to bring talented individuals to a growing industry leader.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the Guidance Resource Unit and any campus recruitment/initiatives
- Lead events on-site a various campuses, including making necessary arrangements including registrations, materials and advertisements
- Coordinate campus events, including career fairs, student organizations, networking events and informational sessions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Conduct interviews over the phone, skype and in-person
- Conduct assessments, background verifications and reference checks
- Lead post interview debriefs with the interview teams and candidates
- Remain up to date regarding campus recruiting trends by leveraging a strong network
- Administer job posting processes aligned with existing protocols
- Close out candidates who aren’t selected in a timely manner
- Tracks and monitors metrics to analyze and leverage data to identify trends and adjust strategies to achieve maximum results
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- BA/BS required
- 2-3 years of experience with full life-cycle campus recruiting in a corporate environment
- Ability to attend both virtual and in-person recruitment events as needed
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with schools
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to details
- Understanding of legal and compliance issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Handshake (preferred)
- Stable work history required
- Ability to work in a hybrid model - remote & in office
