As the Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist, you will have the opportunity to bring our Ford purpose to life to inspire prospective talent. You will have primary responsibility for management and leadership of global technology projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead support work related to TA systems, systems process and business process integration
- Support critical technology projects end-to-end
- Support the daily tasks of the recruiting operations team specifically regarding the job requisition and offer processes.
- Partner with the Global Recruiting, HR Technology and Recruiting Operations teams to build efficiencies in our recruiting process utilizing the systems available to us.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Business, HR, IT or elated field
- 3+ years supporting Talent Acquisition technology, processes and delivery
- 1+ years in enterprise HR Systems
- Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred:
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle HCM
- Demonstrated background in systems analysis or data analysis
