We have an immediate opening for a HR Employee Relations Specialist for a 6 Month + Contract Opportunity. Serves as a member of the Employee Relations team supporting work environment investigations and is viewed as a global subject matter expert (SME) that provides support to the Employee Relations team and directly or indirectly to divisions and geographies across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the second chair (note taking) during interviews and collaborates on the process (60-75% of role). Will grow and possibly take on 1st chair duties over time.
- Proofread and edit documents, providing accurate feedback on grammar and spelling
- Provides draft interview questions and investigation summary reports
- Supports various case management activities relating to the Ethics Hotline including protection of confidential information, case assignment, tracking, trending, and data analysis
- Provides timely data analysis on trending issues as needed
- Communicates system updates to key stakeholders
- Provides reliable and accurate reports, insights, and analysis for quality decision-making
- Assists in the onboarding of new team members
- Works on special projects as assigned
- Conducts evidence reviews
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of work experience required
- Preferred work experience in HR administrative position, with experience preferred in corporate environment and the specific department to be supported
- Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite technology, including complex document creation, spreadsheet creation and presentation creation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in email and calendaring systems, preferring Outlook proficiency
- Ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes
- Ability to provide rapid, accurate response to confidential/sensitive requests and to handle confidential information
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environment
- Minimum typing speed of 60+ wpm.
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
