What will your day look like?
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing methods and recruitment marketing strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team for high performance.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices and candidate evaluation.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Oversee the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Manage the company's presence on job boards and social media platforms.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment metrics reports to senior leadership.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure effective use of recruitment resources.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and enforce recruitment policies and procedures.
Who are you?
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in talent acquisition with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Skills:
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
