What’s the position?
We’re looking for a enthuastic and driven HR Director, to join the People Team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to developing and promoting our People Team within Hard Rock Digital. As the HR Director, you will oversee the People team operations and have input and responsibility for compensation, benefits, performance management, employee development and employee relations. The ideal candidate must have solid leadership skills and a track records of successfully implementing HR strategies, preferably in the gaming industry. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop HR strategies that align with our company goals
- Manage recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of top talent
- Establish a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits policy
- Build a performance management system to manage employee productivity effectively
- Develop learning and development programs to address performance gaps
- Oversee employee relations to cultivate a positive and respectful workplace culture
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
- Guarantee HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration. An MBA in Human Resources would be an advantage.
- Solid HR experience, with a number of years in managerial positions focused on recruitment, compensation, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make sound business decisions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience of working to produce reports and statistical data
- A people-centric & results orientated approach that is motivated by providing standards of Flexible approach and able to work to business needs/demands
- Proven ability to work on own initiative with a solutions-focused, positive, and enthusiastic mindset
- Ability to travel as and when required between our US / Canada offices
