Position Summary:
As the Vice President of, L&D, you will work across the organization to drive a culture of team selling and best in class business etiquette. You will partner with leaders across all organizational functions (e.g., Sales, Delivery, Operations, Marketing, Technology etc.) to build, lead, and facilitate training programs that will increase overall performance of the organization.
Essential Job Functions:
- As Vice President of Learning and Development, you will elevate employee performance across the company by designing and delivering impactful training programs and learning solutions
- Develop, design and deliver training programs using a variety of delivery options (blended learning) including instructor-led classroom and webinar training, along with on demand e-learning courses
- Deliver Manager and Executive-level curricula and facilitation Implement and execute a robust learning measurement approach that drives strategy
- Your role involves assessing developmental needs, curating tailored learning opportunities, and implementing innovative educational strategies that foster our culture and enhance performance
- Develop and execute department strategy that aligns with organizational goals and KPIs
- Ensure strategic use of learning technology to provide better efficiency and effectiveness of learning
- Develop and report on key learning metrics to demonstrate learning effectiveness
- Ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and initiatives to ensure overall department success
- Execute data collection, dashboarding and reporting to leadership
- Partner with HR to develop programs and initiatives that drive engagement and foster a strong culture that reflects our core values and philosophies
- Manage and scale a learning organization that supports technical, product and behavioral skills Identify and manage key learning vendor relationships
- Managing key end-to-end projects across learning function Oversee global Employee and Manager New Hire Orientation
- Oversee collaboration with functional enablement leaders to design and deliver functional and role-based onboarding programs (including ramp metrics)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Industrial Relations, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience
- 10+ years experience in a corporate training environment – preferably sales with at least 5 years in management
- Has built or helped facilitate an new and updated L&D training program
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including mentoring and change management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
- Detail oriented and pays attention accuracy
- Comprehensive knowledge of training methodologies and tools
