### Job Description: HRIS Analyst - Workday (Contract to Hire, Fully Remote, $44/hr)
**Position Purpose:**
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of Workday data, particularly within the recruiting module. This role involves troubleshooting errors, resolving issues, and maintaining data integrity to support effective recruiting processes.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Provide daily support for the Workday recruiting module, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Research and address data integrity issues, ensuring accurate and reliable data transactions.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team as a functional liaison between Talent Acquisition and IT, assisting with tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, and system testing.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to perform enterprise mass uploads (EIBs), including template validation, data error handling, audit report preparation, and discrepancy alerts.
- Maintain compliance requirements by analyzing and correcting errors, ensuring quality controls to prevent future issues.
- Work with functional HR leaders to prioritize business needs and drive process improvements using Workday HCM in partnership with IT and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain process documentation for all applications, providing or arranging end user training as necessary.
- Run, schedule, and distribute reports to support functional areas, automating processes wherever possible.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Education:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training.
- Specialization in the Workday Recruiting module is required; expertise in Onboarding is strongly desired.
- Broader knowledge or training in HR processes and functions is desirable.
**Experience:**
- Minimum of two years’ experience in business process and analytics within Workday Recruiting and other HR systems.
- Functional knowledge of various HR workstreams (Recruiting, Compensation, HR data, Talent, etc.) and their integration.
- Preferred experience in an HR Service Delivery model with shared services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and applications is required.

- Strong understanding of the Workday Recruiting module, including upstream and downstream processes.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $44 and is fully remote, with the potential to transition to a permanent position.
