Northwest Kidney Centers is hiring a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR Team.This is a local hybrid role, which will work 2 days onsite in our Burien Administrative Office after initial training period.
This role is expected to work 6-12 months and will be benefit-eligible.
Purpose
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing support to Northwest Kidney Centers (NKC) recruitment efforts through a variety of technical and administrative methods. The Recruiting Coordinator takes on multiple functions to ensure a compliant selection process and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the candidate/employee lifecycle. Supports various recruitment needs to ensure NKC hires top talent from a variety of resources and diverse communities. This position will also support HR-related projects and initiatives.
Shift: Full-time Temporary, Non-exempt. This is primarily a Monday through Friday opportunity.
Required Qualifications
The candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ months in a human resources or recruiting team/role
- Demonstrated day-to-day use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.).
- HRIS or ATS experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong preference for experience in a recruiting coordinator support role
- Use of Jobvite (or other ATS), ADP
- Experience with documentation of processes
