Overview:
Merrick & Company's Human Resource Department is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Part-Time HR Coordinator - Talent Acquisition (TA). This opportunity will be located in our Greenwood Village, Colorado Headquarters and will be part-time (20-30 hours/week).
This position will support various recruiting functions for the Talent Acquisition team. Typical hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with TA team to help support the current workload as prioritized by the needs of the team.
- Post open positions to internal and external job sites.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Research and support of various online resume databases and sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rolebot.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
- Maintain recruiting process documentation.
- Maintain vendor agreements and manage the collection of placement and staffing vendor candidates.
- Provide Career Fair logistics support and resume review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience.
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Local candidates only.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good organizational skills and experience balancing and completing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems experience (iCIMS preferred).
- Strong computer software aptitude.
- Exposure to professional Social Media platforms (LinkedIn in particular).
- Experience working in the Engineering/Architecture industry.
- Experience working for a government contractor.
