The Employee Experience Business Partner plays a crucial role fostering the growth, learning, and career development of team members. Key responsibilties include creating effective digital learning material through cross-media design such as eLearning, technical writing, video, and live facilitation to meet organizational requirements and audience needs. This individual evaluates the effectiveness of training programs with facilitators, audience, and subject matter experts.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data related to the employee experience, including employee surveys, feedback, and HR metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Maintain and manage learning management system content for accuracy and relevance
- Design, administer, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback on various aspects of the employee experience such as onboarding, training, leadership, and work-life balance
- Prepare reports and insights based on survey results to drive actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives
- Monitor and report on KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze and map the employee journey, from recruitment to off-boarding to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to develop strategies and initiatives that enhance the employee experience at each touchpoint
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to employee experience, engagement, and satisfaction
- Research and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience at Suncoast Credit Union
- Administer the learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS) to efficiently communicate information, as well as organize curriculum and content in a concise and understandable display
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field (A comparable combination of work experience and training may be substituted for education requirements.)
- 5+ years of human resources, employee relations, or similiar experience in a role with employee experience focus
- Experience with various educational platforms and tools, including distance learning training tools, learning management platforms (CMS, LMS), computer based authoring tools, and other technologies required for department objectives
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an HR or employee experience-related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data in a clear and meaningful way
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive change and implement data-driven initiatives
- Previous experience in project management of training programs preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
- Ability to analyze and resolve difficult or complex problems
- Ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures
