Job Summary:
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience developing and/or delivering training programs in a crisis response or mental health setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project coordination skills, including multitasking and setting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) a plus.
- Demonstrates cultural and linguistic competence and understands impact of unique challenges for underrepresented groups accessing crisis services, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+ populations, and rural communities.
- Personal/Lived experience accessing crisis services for a mental health, substance use, and/or suicide-related crisis preferred.
- Experience with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and Indiana’s Crisis Response System preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour
