About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources professional to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and solutions to drive organizational success through effective talent management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department leaders to understand talent needs, develop recruitment plans, and ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of top talent, with a focus on managerial, professional, and leadership roles.
- Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitive programs that attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Oversee employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to foster employee growth and succession planning.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring organizational compliance.
- Provide strategic counsel to management on complex HR issues, policies, and practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-driven decision making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and learning & development.
- SHRM or PHR/SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
