Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top technical talent
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Utilize HR systems such as Workday, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft for candidate tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with internal recruiting processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in employee relations, sales, or training development is a plus
