In this job you will: (Role and Responsibilities)
- Have a blend of 50% administrative and 50% traditional recruiting duties.
- Create and manage postings for internal and external roles as needed.
- Source and recruit on customer service and entry level job requisitions as needed.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in various communications throughout the hiring and onboarding process including job postings,
- Schedule and coordinates interview activities relating to Pella Corporation’s recruiting efforts.
- Greet and host candidates when they are on site.
- Facilitate onboarding tasks including but not limited to; background checks, relocation, drug screens, benefit correspondence, and internal transfers.
- Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.

About You: (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university
- High attention to detail and organization skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think quickly and execute on tasks with minimal direction
- Strong leverage of Microsoft Office Applications including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
