Description
Credit One Bank is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support the overall growth of the organization. This position will be primarily responsible for managing day-to-day and annual administration of the Bank’s compensation program and supporting administration/analysis of employee benefits.
- Completes market salary surveys, compiles and analyzes results, and reviews salary ranges for potential changes.
- Maintains updated salary administration guidelines, policies, salary ranges, and other compensation tools.
- Advises HR staff and management on compensation and benefits decisions, policies, and guidelines.
- Audits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements.
- Evaluates new and existing jobs to determine FLSA status, job levels, and compensation ranges.
- Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices.
- Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
- Supports development of salary administration and compensation related training.
- Conducts audits and analyses of compensation and benefits programs as needed to ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
- Conducts analyses for a broad range of ad hoc compensation and benefits projects.
- Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, HR, or related field.
- Prior HR functional experience with exposure to employee benefits administration and market-based compensation programs.
- CCP or ACCP, and CBP certification.
- 2+ years of HR and/or Finance Analytics experience with a detail orientation and strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results.
- Willingness to learn and appetite to grow with organizational need.
