The Advanced Practice Providers Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants into all Outpatient Services Department (OSD) and Tenet Physician Resources (TPR) business locations. As part of the compensation package, the successful candidate will be eligible for the Physician Sourcing Specialist Incentive Plan that includes financial incentives earned for professional and production goals achieved. This position is remote.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This will include posting and tracking in Taleo Applicant Tracking System, track all the activity in the Practice Alert RMS Database, telephone screen all applicants and forwarding candidates to the hiring managers.
- Communicate with internal and external customer base, present approved job offers and negotiate counter offers; handle required onboarding information regarding background checks; and ensuring start dates are as stated in the offer letters.
Required:
- The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Recruiter preferably in Advanced Practice Provider and Healthcare, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- Pay: $$45,136 - $72,176 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
