The Human Resources Assistant (HRA) is charged with partnering with the Human Resources Coordinator and reporting to the Operations Director and the Human Resources Director. The duties of the HRA are but not limited to the following:
- posting new job openings
- screening process of job applicants
- organization and tracking of applicant data
- coordination of interviews with hiring managers
- facilitating new hire onboarding (both remote and on site)
- processing of HR compliance documents
- maintaining and updating data in the HRIS
- administration of PTO policy practices
- entering data into portal for benefits administration
- other duties as assigned
The HRA will also assist with specialty projects involving company functions such as team-building events, celebrations/holidays as well as periodic internal communications, such as team newsletters, announcements and other internal team announcements.
In addition to assistance with recruiting and hiring functions, the HRA will be assigned projects on an as-needed basis to assist with other internal functions such as management of information in the learning management system (LMS), tracking and organizing information for new clinic services and tracking annual compliance regarding HIPAA, OSHA and various licensing for providers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years administrative/clerical experience and entry level HR experience.
