Working closely with our Corporate offices in San Diego, and assisting the Director in Marketing, Hiring, and Training Caregivers, this position will assist in growing this company and oversee multiple locations in Arizona. Must have Staffing experience and be willing hire/train/ and recruit , must also be willing to assist in Marketing Efforts to grow the business. Will be responsible for all agency operations. This position will Grow into Management.

***On Call required.very Small agency in Phoenix looking for a high energy person to run our interior office, and help grow our business. Keeping files compliant, hiring, and staffing training, and walking in our caregivers to new clients, and assisting the director with in Services.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage care services for clients in the designated market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
