Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced LMS Analyst for our HR Systems team to support external and internal users in our Learning Management System (Cornerstone SBX). This position serves as a technical point of contact for LMS functions related to our M&A activities and will be a subject matter expert on all things related to online learning, including: liaising with the LMS vendor on enhancements and upgrades, testing and loading of learning assets and curriculums, design and generation of learning reports and troubleshooting of technical and configuration issues for both desktop and mobile devices. Previous experience in the administration for Cornerstone SBX/Saba is preferred. Experience with Workday HCM is a plus, but we also have an amazing team that is willing to train!
Responsibilities:
Provide learning management system (LMS) support to all levels of internal and external users, including course uploads and enrollments; researching and resolving system questions, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities and audits; provide applicable reporting; maintaining user profiles including security groups and access privileges.
Understand and support the unique requirements of various types of external LMS users and develop an optimal experience to onboard new users to the LMS. Provide LMS support for M&A events.
Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Provide system configuration options based on business requirements. Support business partners with LMS workspace customization/design and end user communications.
Manage workflow with an agile approach through backlog maintenance and project management skills.
Maintain data governance standards and processes in accordance with HR System team principles, perform audits to address regulatory controls and concerns.
Manage the configuration and implementation of upgrades to the LMS. Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and application of key technologies.
Develop and maintain system integrations with other company systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle).
Provide troubleshooting and administrative support for all HR systems (e.g., Cornerstone SBX/Saba, Workday HCM) using Salesforce to track user inquiries as cases.

1+ year(s) experience with Workday HCM
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products—especially Excel
Ability to document and articulate system workflows and functionality in a user-friendly manner
Experience with HTML
Experience with systems integrations
Experience with activites related to mergers and acquisitions
Pay Range:
$61,200-$91,800/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
