BIG PICTURE:
The Recruiting Associate is responsible for ensuring that any open job within the organization gets filled with the right candidate in a timely manner. This person will help ensure our hiring process is efficient, productive, streamlined, and effective. Since this position will likely be the first impression future candidates applying to work for our team will have, it’s critical to deliver an exceptional experience that makes people excited to join our rapidly growing company. The right candidate should be able to work with our company’s various managers to understand their hiring needs and recruit new team members that can not only meet the job requirements but will also fit culturally. The perfect person is one who is passionate about identifying and bringing top talent into organizations.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to inform and improve recruitment strategies
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 4+ years of proven experience as a full cycle recruiter
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices
- Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, ZipRecruiter, and BambooHR

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:
This is a remote role that can be performed from a home office space
