New position! Northwest Kidney Centers seeks an HRIS Analyst to work with our HR Team in our Burien Pavilion office. This position will be hybrid after initial training.
Purpose
The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst will work alongside human resources department leaders and is responsible for the support and optimization of the Human Resources Information Systems, technology and strategies with strong systems knowledge and departmental partnerships. This involves overseeing the administration, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS software applications, analyzing HR data, and processes, and providing support and guidance to Human Resources. This position also supports HRIS upgrades, testing, data integrity, security administration, and other projects as assigned.
Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Hybrid
Essential Duties:
- System Maintenance – coordinates the review, testing and implementation of HR, Payroll Benefits systems.
- Production Support – provides support for HR, Payroll and Benefits including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results, or process flaws.
- Oversees data management processes, including data integrity, security, and privacy.
- Reports/Queries – writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze data and the ability to create and develop HR dashboards.
- Training – develops and maintains process flow documentation and user guides for HR, Payroll and Benefits. Conducts training for new system users and existing users as new features and functionality come to market.
- Projects/Process Improvement – Recommends and implements system changes and process improvements.
- Supports and maintains Payroll and HR applications, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Conducts routine audits and validation to ensure accuracy of data, rectify discrepancies and/or missing data.
- Collaborates with HR and IT teams to design and implement HR technology solutions.
- Staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies in HRIS to ensure the organization is using the best and most effective solutions.
- Supports HR initiatives and projects to support the organizational strategies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The success candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or relevant/related experience.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience performing human resources information system analyst work
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets including pivot tables, VLOOKUP. Proficiency with ADP and standard MS Office suite of products.
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Will participate in upcoming projects including ADP time and attendance and HRIS build.
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, federal and state laws regulating employee compensation, compliance, and privacy standards.
- Demonstrated success in setting up audit systems to support privacy and data integrity.
- Excellent internal and external customer service; excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work autonomously, organized and ability to prioritize work. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

- Paid Time Off includes personal time off and 8 Holidays. PTO will accrue bi-weekly and will be pro-rated based on the FTE. The accrual rate will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff.

Salary range: $79,000.00 – 112,000.00
