Job Summary:
The Senior HR Program Manager is a pivotal role within the HR function, responsible for managing a wide range of human resources projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic partnership with HR Business Partner Operations, Global Total Rewards (GTR), and the broader HRBP community to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, and the ability to foster collaboration across teams.

Project Management and Execution: Manages all aspects of HR projects, including testing, audits, milestones and critical path responsibilities, ensuring they are completed within established timelines. Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com to track and manage incoming project requests effectively. Schedule and facilitate project meetings to ensure key milestones are achieved or exceeded. Create and publish a project dashboard and calendar to ensure transparency and alignment across HR functions and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management: Establishes and maintains a feedback loop between Global Total Rewards and HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams and business communities to ensure continuous improvement. Liaise with GTR to ensure training materials are current and accurate. Facilitate dialogue among HRBP community, GTR, and business stakeholders for project updates, remediation, and/or process improvements.

Training and Development: Promotes GTMI (Global Talent Management Inclusion) and OptU training offerings within the business and among HRBPs. Curate topics of interest from the business, collaborate with HRBPs and GTMI to create just-in-time content, and provide training on OptU and other portals.

Reporting and Compliance: Establishes policies that aim to identify risks or other potential obstacles that could impede the provision of successful deliverables and confers with management to determine optimal action plans for swift course correction. Ensure alignment and collaboration between pending or inflight GTR initiatives and applicable HRBP initiatives.and procedures for conducting detailed project analyses

Communication and Collaboration: Ensures the timely completion of projects by proactively communicating with management regarding the progression of projects, task tracking, quality management, budget/cost management, and planning change management. Maintains open communication channels with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project scope with respective business requirements and to translate business strategy into project objectives.

Operational Excellence: Forecasts required timelines for individual project assignments, allocating team resources in proportion to task scope and depth, and adjusts assignments and deadlines as priorities and requirements change.

Proficiency in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Monday.com is a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR project management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Strong knowledge of HR process, systems and best practices.

Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with cross functional teams and fostering collaboration. Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions and make data-driven decisions to address HR challenges within projects.

Familiarity with HRIS tools, specifically Workday is a plus.

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
