We are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Advisor Services, the Learning and Development Administrator will define, develop, implement, and track the global coaching strategy, execution framework and learning curriculum to support advisor success at California Psychics.
What You Will Do
- Create, update, and deliver educational content and programs to a community of global psychic advisors.
- Identify critical coaching needs on a group and individual basis based on metrics and KPIs.
- Review, validate, and modify the Advisor Onboarding journey and ongoing Advisor coaching needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Act as a consultant to Advisors, coaching them to build their business and achieve success with California Psychics.
- Ensure the release of educational materials and other content and communications (Newsletters, etc.) on time and in areas of need to successfully support the quality and success of advisors on the line.
- Analyze the effectiveness of new and existing content, evaluate feedback, and recommend ways to improve.
- Ensure organizational understanding (at the appropriate level) of coaching priorities, plans, and progress.
- Inspire and motivate individuals; while also demonstrating patience, tolerance, responsiveness, and professionalism.
What You Will Need
- 3-5 years in a learning and development role
- Experience with e-Learning and Instructional Design concepts and implementations
- Experience with video editing software such as Camtasia
- Experience with creator tools such as Articulate
- Experience managing an LMS system
- Experience drawing insights from data and evaluating metrics
- Must be comfortable leading large meetings and focus groups
- Must be comfortable utilizing appearance and voice for asynchronous and/or live educational content.
- Experience with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

The starting annual base pay for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year. The actual base pay offered may vary based on candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
In addition to the base pay, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus as part of the compensation package.
