You will be responsible for helping us build a set of strategic capabilities (standards, processes, and tools) to help us modernize how we operate as function to enhance operations and optimize learner experience. The successful candidate is a strategic problem solver, results orientated, able to perform in-depth analysis, communicate insights and key messages to senior leadership, and lead projects as demonstrated in prior roles.

Accountable for identifying and prioritizing strategic improvements to manage learning systems, processes, data, reporting and governance.

LMS Business Ownership:

Spearhead initiative to drive the successful implementation and optimization of current and future state LMS/LXP.

Identifies opportunities, researches potential solutions with technology owners, creates technical requirements documents, leads user testing of updates, and communicates system changes to all stakeholders.

Annual Salary
$195,000.00 - $315,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
