The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs in their designated pillar(s) within ACS. This role will manage full life cycle recruiting, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top qualified candidates to hiring leaders for review. The Recruiter is responsible for building and sustaining our diverse and inclusive workforce and will aid in attracting and engaging high performing talent who will successfully thrive in our mission-driven, people-first organization.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role is fully remote and can be supported from anywhere in the US.
FORMAL KNOWLEDGE
3+ years of recruitment experience in a progressive corporation and/or agency
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Proven track record of creating a diverse and inclusive workforce
Exceptional skills at recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring leaders
Strong negotiation skills to arrive at win/win solutions
SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR KNOWLEDGE
The starting rate is $XX to $XX. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
