As the Employee Relations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering positive employee relations within MedSrv. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day employee relations issues for both employees and leadership. Your initiative will aim to cultivate an environment that reflects the values and mission of MedSrv.
- Act as a liaison between CBO leadership and Human Resources, addressing and resolving employee relations matters.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with CBO leadership to understand their needs and concerns.
- Administer initiatives to promote a positive employee relations environment aligned with MedSrv's mission.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to resolve workplace conflicts or issues.
- Assist with minor operational tasks, system access requests and IT tickets
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field and/or 3-5 years' experience.
- Proven experience in employee relations or HR management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Alignment with MedSrv's mission and values of integrity, compassion, and service.
Language Skills:
Ability to: read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos; write and present information to leadership, vendors, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Have the ability to compare rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret various graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to: deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations; plan, organize, delegate, and prioritize work; provide clear and effective direction to staff; communicate effectively orally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships with MedSrv departments, vendors, other businesses, and our clients; Must be able to multi-task.

You may be required to lift between 30-50lbs at times. Limited.
