We're looking for an experience HR Desk Analyst with 2 years of experience supporting day to day HR activities.
Details:
- Pay: $21.02 hourly
- Schedule: 8am-5pm
- Remote- Can be located in CA, AZ, TX, OR, WA, NV or TX
- 6 Month Contract- possibility of being extended
- Workday experience is a plus
About the Role:
The HR Service Desk Analyst is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR activities to employees, supervisors, and managers. They ensure that the company follows best practices and remains legally compliant. The HR Service Desk Analyst reports to the People Operations Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Manage HR service desk tickets, including manager changes and job detail changes.
- Provide high-level support for general HR inquiries related to compensation, HR policy, and benefit programs.
- Ensure data integrity in Workday by guiding employees on steps to update information and validating corrections with cross-functional partners and managers.
- Adhere to department-level policies and processes and answer employee questions on these approaches.
- Support the HR Manager and HR Business Partners with ad-hoc requests during critical annual cycles, such as performance reviews and compensation planning.
- Assist with HR process improvements and initiatives.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters, data, and documents.
