The Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Support & Campus Recruitment collaborates with GoHealth’s Center Staff, Corporate and Provider recruiting teams to provide a customer focused and effective Talent Acquisition service to the organization to achieve the company’s mission, goals and objectives. The TA Supervisor supports the Talent Acquisition Coordinators (TACs) by providing leadership and guidance, managing workload assignment, and team support as needed. They will also supervise the Campus Recruitment Program, and the backgrounds process, including the relationship with the background check vendor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
Work Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in onboarding and hiring required.
- 2+ years’ experience with employment compliance (background check) required
- 2+ years’ experience leading or supervising a team preferred
Essential Functions:

Own the hiring process from post-offer to hire for all hires.

Supervise team of TA Coordinators in partnering with and supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners.

Supervise team of TA Coordinators and support them in their efforts of clearing candidates through pre-employment processes.

Supervise the TA Coordinator that is responsible for building out a network of contacts at local MA and RT schools in each of our markets in order to build out and maintain a campus recruitment program.

Manage key vendor relationships and contracts (Sterling, Skill Survey, Temp Agencies)

Responsible for the “Temporary or Contingent” hiring process including onboarding new agencies and having them align with our process.

Responsible for ensuring PreHire and New Hire tickets are processed successfully, in partnership with TACs and Recruitment Analyst.

Partnerships: Establishes productive relationships and rapport with market leaders to gain joint understanding of business goals, strengths, and opportunities by meeting on a regular basis and providing timely follow up on issues/concerns.

Assist with implementation of People Team/Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance successful rollout and acceptance throughout the organization.

Regulatory Compliance: Works with leaders to assist them in knowing/understanding components of HR standards so they can remain compliant (i.e., license/certification requirements, background check rules, etc.).
