Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our customers and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as responding to emails, texts, and voice calls
- Assist with document preparation, including drafting memos, letters, and reports
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives when required
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as AP and AR
- Assist with HR data entry and bimonthly review of payroll hours with division managers
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in calendar management
- Experience with bookkeeping and human resources
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Proficient in using Quickbooks Online
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
